Steps Required before your return:

It is imperative that the PDF label provided by UPS is attached to your package securely. This includes when using drop off points.
You must include some form of paperwork in the case or box. Our equipment delivery form can be used. Please include requests on paperwork.
All requests made before 4PM will be processed same day. We process labels twice per day.
